It's possible that the heater door on the inside is stuck shut (this is what happened to mine). It's very costly to get it repaired/replaced, but you can open it from the engine side (I'm not sure how to do this, I just get my mechanic to do it every winter when I come in for maintenance). However, if you turn the knob to go from heat to AC, it will probably stick the vent shut again. So just leave it on heat all winter.
you dont
dont know the exact cause but to fix it pull the rubber that connects to the evap system and a hard line off
Check all the brake lights and dont forget the one behind the back window. That should fix the problem.

I would like to know where can I find a fuse box diagram for a 1996 Honda Accord, I dont have manual and the sticker in the box is lost?
dont. my car is in pieces now and there is absolutely no detailed instructions they all say simply remoce dash and heater duct. but there is so much more in the way and im beginning to think im going to have to scrap the car. Pay someone who knows what they are doing to replace it.
