The heater core is probley stoped up. You can try this and it might work.
Just switch the hose's on the heater core and then go drive it and see if you get heat.
Just be sure engine is COLD before you switch the hose's. If that don't fix your heat, Then PLEASE ask your question again. When you get back from driving it let it cool back off and then put the hose's back where they were and drive it again.
Why does my 99 silverado have no heat and the ac fuses look good and blower motot works great
Blown fuse, defective blower motor resistor pack, blower motor, or blower motor switch. This happened to me and I found a connector at the fan motor had fried. I changed the connector and it worked great.
Ok..I figured it out. Turns out the rear defroster is the problem. When I unplugged it from the back windshield, blower/heater works great!! So...to all those out there..if your blower motor blows fuses...check the blower motor first...then the HVAC and heater fuses, then rear defroster if you have a cavalier!
check the wireing harnesses
When the blower motor stays on it means there is a short to power, or the relay is sticking. 99.9% of the time the relay sticks. I belive on the 2004 silverados the blower motor relay is internal to the blower motor resistor. Try to find an auxillary blower motor relay and if there isn't one then replace the blower motor resistor.

NO!This is a great do-it-yourself repair!Other than some cars having a bit of trim piece over the passenger side, blower motors are just 3, maybe 4 small screws and 1 electrical connector.Sidebar: the blower resistor that provides the ability to have more than one blower speed, is just to the left of the blower. An even easier repair, and not uncommon to fail (blows on high speed only).See "Related Questions" below for more
Defective blower motor. Although I do not know if this is the problem, I have seen this on other vehicles. Check into the blower motor resistor. RockAuto.com has them with great pictures so you know exactly what you are looking for. They are generally located close to the blower under the dash. Very easy fix just a couple of screws. Cheaper and easier than replacing the blower motor.
look under the heater hose on the plastic surround approx 2 inches down haynes manual has a great picture of it I just want to know where you can buy one
Raise the hood, remove the inlet shroud to the blower housing, then remove the top half of the radiator fan shroud. Next start removing the screws that hold a protective cover that is below the blower motor. There are 4 screws and one bolt that secure this. Let this cover drop down and then the blower resistor can be seen behind the blower motor. Remove the electrical connection plug and then the two screws that hold the resistor in place. First thing to check would be all your connections..make sure you have a good clean ground... if all your connections are good then i would say your blower motor is overheating and shuting down(replace it)
