needs front wheels balanced, tires inspected, front end parts inspected
Tires out of balance, bent wheel, worn suspension or steering parts, bent driveshaft.

Wheel balance may be off...
Posibilities are During braking Warped brake discs (rotors) Worn suspension components Excessive play in a front wheel bearing During normal driving Wheels out of balance Tyre out of shape damaged road wheel.
Sounds like wheel imbalance or possibly a bad wheel bearing(s).
Unbalanced front wheel.
Yes, it is possible. Any loose/worn front end part can cause steering wheel to shake.
If your front driver side wheel is taking bumps very hard there could be some kind of damage. It could be a bust strut or rod and need to be replaced by a mechanic.
