Because it is a ford. In my opinion American cars are ugly and overrated. I'd take mercedes audi and bmw over any day of the week. They are so sleek and sharp looking.

In one person's opinion, hybrid cars are not ugly. In another peson's opinion, they are ugly. It is entirely your opinion whether a hybrid car is ugly or not. I don't know what you mean by ugly but hybrid and electric cars are shaped much more aerodynamically (for reduced air drag and thus better fuel economy) than many other cars. I know some people don't like this shape, but more cars of all types are gradually being designed that way as improving fuel economy becomes a more significant design requirement. This is just considered more important to hybrid and electric cars, so they were designed that way first.
Why are cars so ugly?
