The iPad is not normally slow. There may be local variation because of network connection (WiFi or 3G) or some related problem.
yes there is a ipad answers.com , but it will be very slow.
yes it is called safari
A net book is a small laptop that is used mainly for web browsing and email. The iPad is a tablet that has a touch screen, and since the iPad is touch screen it is considered a tablet not a net book.
Web pages are slow because of slow net connection. The web page might also contain large data or images,
Email it or publish it to the net.
yes
it all depends on what you want if you want a old cheep ipad that is kind of slow then the ipad first generation is the best gor you. If you want a faster thinner cheep iPad then the iPad 2 is the one for you (I still have a ipad 2 and love it). If you want a thinner faster iPad the iPad 3 is for you (the ipad 3 gets realy hot if it is on to long so if you want this one dont wach to many movies in a row). if you are like me and like the coolest thinnest fastest iPad there is then the iPad 4 is for you it has a A5x chip in it. If you want a small but powerfull iPad that is just the same just smaller then gey the iPad mini it also has a A5x chip so it is just as fast. If you are scared that if you buy a old iPad then you will get old softwhere, dont because they are about the same and the ios you can update it and it tells you when you are out of date. You can get all this exept the iPad one in three or four g (so it can be like a phone and have the web every where). If it were up to me you should get the iPad 3 or just wait for the next iPad to come out and get the iPad 4.
Some sites use plugins that are not supported, ie. Flash. If it is just slow, it may be the server or your wifi signal.
I'm 17 and bought a Kindle Fire recently, and I think it works even better than my iPad. It's as fast as lightning, and I can do everything that I could do on an iPad but for almost $300 cheaper. To answer your question, they are DEFINITELY NOT slow.
The different options for the iPad is that you have iPad that has slow access and fast access. The 3G IPad is one of those IPads that isn't going to give you much access to do anything on the internet and it's going to run extremely slow in wifi hot spots. The wifi pad with more memory would give you a lot of access to download and do much more real quickly.
The iPad Mini uses the A5 chip. Though dual core, it is plenty fast for the tablet. In fact, most competition uses quad core, but the iPad Mini will still tend to outperform them.
The original iPad is 13.4mm. The new iPad 2 is 8.8mm, so it is much thinner.
