On the 4.6 plug hole 4 passenger side near firewall, the plenum tends to crack at the heater hose connection. This allows coolant to seep down into the plug hole this left unrepaired will cause the car to idle rough and then bog down at lower speeds this will even out around 35 to 45 mph. Check your oil... To see if oil is mix with the antifreeze... If it is it may be a bad head gasket or worse, a crack head gasket... you will need to have engine pressure tested... Good luck...
