Biologically yes. His father, Warren McGinnis, had his reproductive DNA overwritten by a nanotech solution, created by Amanda Waller from Cadmus, administered to him when he went in for a flu shot. For the full explanation watch the episode Epilogue of Justice League Unlimited.
No. Batgirl is or was the daughter of Police Commissioner Gordon.
Bruce wayne adopted FOUR wards. (not counting stephine brown who was tim drakes girl friend who was shot byt the black mask) in order, Dick (richard) grayson, acrobat who's parents were murdred by Tony zuco. dick was the first person bruce wayne ever adopted, but dick was adopted as a ward, not as a SON. jason todd, second person to be adopted, a young street theif who alomost stole the tires from the bat car. tim drake, third was not adoptd, only adopted after parents death, figured out bruce wayne's secret alias as batman. stephine brown, robin for two weeks, killed by black mask. (personally i dont see her as a real robin). damian wayne, bruce wayne's biological son, his mother is the daughter of a super villain, talia al ghul (daughter of ra's al ghul) thease are all the people bruce wayne has aadopted, but the main ward and the first one was... DICK GRAYSON.
Biologically Speaking of so far I know Bruce Wayne, The Batman, have a child from Tali Al Ghul by the name of Damian Wayne and One from Selina Kyle, The Cat Women, by the name of Helena Wayne. Adopted would be Richard Grayson, Timothy Drake, and Cassandra Cain. So that equals five all together.....yeah I know math!
In Nolan-verse: Henri Ducard In all other media: Ras Al Ghul.
In the movie "Batman Begins," there is foreshadowing of Bruce Wayne's fear of bats from his childhood trauma with them in the cave, hinting at his eventual transformation into Batman. Another example is Ra's al Ghul's warning about how Bruce will have to endure great tragedy, which foreshadows the challenges he will face as Batman.
No, she is not truly evil. The evil acts she commits are because of her loyalty to her father. She is torn between her love for Batman and her devotion to her father. She has shown that she has a good heart by helping Batman. Simply put, if it were not for her father, she would be a good guy and on Batmans side. Even with her upbringing to be evil, she still manages to do good. She could be defined as an anti-heroine. But, recent events within comics show her as becoming evil, willing to have her (and Bruce's) son, Damian to be murdered.
