Global warming is bad for the world because it affects food chains in a negative way. This means that many species of both plants and animals become extinct. The balance of consumers and producers then go out of balance, and then further extinction continues until we have no more zoos to go to, seafood to eat, etc.
The short way: global warming -> no animals/plants = no cute puppy to adopt or yummy caviar to eat.
