The Jews circumcise their baby boys at 8 days of age, as an expression of the Alliance or Covenant with God. Liberal Muslims are slowly starting to practice the Brit Shalom instead of the Brit Milah, celebrating birth without circumcision. Orthodox Jews remain strong in circumcision.
The Muslims. While not mentioned in the Qur'an, it's mentioned in other texts and consider important for cleanliness.

They argument that babies have the right to an integral, unmodified body, and that the benefits are too bogus compared to the risks. In the U.S. it is estimated that 1 in every 25,000 circumcised babies dies as a consequence of the procedure, either from blood loss, infections, reactions to anesthesia or cardiac arrest.
