Purchase a cheap funnel from a automotive store, and try using that. best to have a spare person to hold funnel, and you control the pouring. every 10 secs, check the oil level. You do not want too much oil!!!! :) if you're wondering why it goes in so slowly, its because there is a "baffle" just under the cap that slows down oil going in to prevent the oil from filling up the top of the cylinder head with oil, thus allowing oil into the intake through the pcv vent or pcv valve itself. when this happens its a smoky startup and that oil is then lost because it gets burnt up in the combustion chambers.
I don't know abut CHANGING the oil in the crankcase, and perhaps a more knowledgeable contributor can add to this answer - but I've been told if the oil filter needs replacement it is located in a very difficult place to access in order to remove/replace it.
No, you add oil at the oil fill cap on top of the engine.
Difficult......But it is the SUM when you add
you don't add any oil but you add sperm!!
Well, typically you woldn't add oil directly to the pan. Usually you add oil to an engine by removing an oil filler cap located in the valve cover and then pouring it in.
Open the OIL FILLER cap--on the top of the engine- and add oil.
Find the cap at the top of the valve cover. Remove the cap and add the oil.
check your oil and add only if needed.
Add oil. For God's sake add oil before you blow the damm thing up!
Open the OIL FILLER cap--on the top of the engine- and add oil.
It's difficult because oil is a very thick substance and there was a lot of it it was like 5 feet of pure oil and also oil likes to suck things in.
add it to the oil.
