This is because if you are not careful, your heart rate can increase to an extent where it forces the pancreas to create hormones continuously....this leading to your penis to erect 3 times its average size and for your testicals to continuously produce sperm, and for you to have continuous orgasms with no way to prevent them from taking place (same principle occurs within women).

It is very important to keep your heart rate steady and the matter is taken very seriously as you can pass out from too much orgasms....this occurs because each time you orgasm your body feels weaker and loses energy, if your body has no energy left then it will collapse and have a breakdown.

How do you raise your pulse rate?

The pulse rate is determined by how much blood the heart pumps per beat vs how much blood flow is needed to maintain proper oxygenation. The best way to decrease the pulse rate is to make the heart a more efficient pump, making it pump more with each beat. The most effective and safest way to do this is to exercise. As the body gets into better shape, the heart will strengthen and will be able to pump more blood with each beat, and thus lowering the pulse rate. As a result of exercise, some well trained athletes have pulse rates in the upper 40's to low 50's.
