However, in these modern times business is done different and relationships with average customers is almost a thing of the past, but the smart people with a business will give the same service; honesty; best prices available; best advice depending on what business you are in to attract those average customers back and not just cater to the higher clientele. When the big money slips through a business or the business slows down regarding high paying customers it is the average customers that often keep the business afloat.

I think that it is important to establish a good relationship with customers because if you have not customers then you can not sell your products and if you have good customer service then the customers will come back and they will tell there friend and there Friends will tell their Friends
