In today's world, with globalisation, trade agreements and huge Immigration numbers, the likelyhood of working with someone from another culture is very high. It is because of this that we, as the world, must learn to respect and show empathy towards others cultures and we must understand that their beliefs and way of doing things may be different from your own.

Studying cultures outside of your own helps increase cultural awareness, empathy, and understanding. It allows individuals to gain new perspectives, challenge their assumptions, and foster cross-cultural communication and respect. This can lead to a more inclusive and interconnected global community.
