Because people don't feel like working all day.
To do calculations that would take YEARS for a regular computer to do!
computer is important in our lives because we take information from it and we always must take care of it
Take regular breaks from computer. Many people just stick to it for hours. If you can't take breaks, then just do some wrist exercise while doing your work. You can rotate your wrist clockwise and then anti-clockwise. I have tested this exercise myself and it was effective. You can also stand up and stretch your body at a while.
If you spend too much time looking at a computer screen, it can be bad for your eyes. That is what computer eye strain refers to. You should take regular breaks from your computer or even just look at something else for a few moments. Having some sort of screen cover to reduce the glare from the screen can be good too.
When working on cloud computing projects, you need to take breaks. Even if you want to get done quickly, this is necessary. Staring at a screen for too long can be very bad for your eyes and it could even give you a headache. This will cause you to work more slowly. You will find that you get more done if you take breaks than if you force yourself to stay in front of the computer.
Do it regularly Be in a quiet place Take regular breaks Use a highlighter Use "flash cards"
A great way to prevent eye strain is to take frequent breaks. Measure out these breaks every thirty minutes and make sure the time is spent looking away from the computer screen.
Using his computer too much often gave him a headache so he tried to take breaks from it.
Take regular breaks. If you're using the computer for a long time, take a five-minute break each hour. Get out of your seat, walk to the kitchen (or canteen if you're at work) and make a drink. This... (a) allows your eyes to re-focus from staring at a fixed point (b) lets your muscles relax from sitting in a fixed position (c) allows you to have some refreshments
Short breaks may look something like 15 minute breaks many companies must offer their employees if they work four or more hours at a time. It is important to take breaks because it helps people perform better when they return to the job.
An employer can require you to take breaks, but cannot deduct time for breaks and then prevent you from taking breaks. If time is being deducted for those breaks, you must be allowed to take the breaks. However, if you have decided not to take breaks because you want to be paid more money, then that is your own doing, it is not the employer's fault. You are being given breaks, so take your breaks. Requirements for breaks vary by jurisdiction (which is to say, the law doesn't work the same way in all locations) but it is quite usual that there is a labor regulation that requires employers to give breaks to employees, and if employees don't take those breaks, it will then appear that the employer is breaking the law. That's why the employer may insist that you take breaks.
