The weight is not distributed well in a bag that has handles on the top. The whole weight is centred on the handles which are normally thin and can, because of the weight factor cut in to the hands. For bags which are more sack line (they have no handles) these present other challenges as they become heavey, and the weight has to be supported from below and pulled in to the body of the carrier to maintain equal pressure
