The fact that practically all Palestinian suicide bombers are Muslim derives quite simply from the fact that Islam has a concept of martyrdom that holds that dying in defense of the faith in a Lesser Jihad is desirable and a gateway to paradise. Christianity does not have a parallel concept. As a result, it is much easier to conscript Palestinian Muslims into suicide bombing than it is to conscript Palestinian Christians. This is not to say that Palestinian Christians do not support the cause of Palestinian Independence, we have Hanan Ashrawi, Nayef Hawatmeh, and George Habash, the latter two founding and supporting militant organizations. However, Christians are not being driven to suicide bombing because they cannot be convinced to kill themselves in much the same way that Muslims who grow up with such a concept can.
As for those who wish to pretend that the Palestinian Suicide Bombers are not Muslims for "lack of evidence", their pre-suicide videos or notes when they tell their families that they will see them in Paradise and that they are sacrificing themselves in the name of God, should be sufficient evidence of their convictions.
There is no direct evidence to prove they were.
But suicide bombers tend to be selected on their willingness to carry out the task - not their faith.

What two features must a sample have to accurately represent a population?
a population thing
The group of individuals used to represent a population is called the sample. It should have the same statistics as the population, though be of a smaller size.
The largest group by Ancestry are the Filipinos which represent 13.6% of Hawaii. Japanese represent 12.6% of the population. Polynesians represent 9% of the population. Chinese represent 4.1% and Koreans 3.1% of the population. Hispanic and Latino are 5.7% of the population.

There has not been a census in Lebanon for decades because of how politically contentious the subject is, but it is believed that between 40-44% of Lebanese citizens are Christians. However, since Lebanon has received over 1.9 million Syrian refugees and was already holding 400,000 Palestinian refugees, the percentage of Lebanese Christians in the general population is far lower than this.
