Why is it that on your 94 Full size Chevy Blazer 2d 4x4 back glass needs two people to open one to hit the switch and one to pull on the back glass to open?

Don't know if this will help, but I had the same trouble with my 2002 and my mechanic had to take apart inside panel on back tailgate and there was a switch in their that had broken. The part was just as expensive as the labor and it was quite a task.
