This is a tough question, not all meats are bad, you should check if it has any preservatives that are bad to the human body such as MSG and nitrite. If it does you could be eating really bad meat. If it has no preservatives then meat is pretty good.

∙ 13y agoThe fact of the matter is that isn't wrong at all, so the question of why isn't really valid. Though for some, there can be health issues, not all arise from eating meat, and the same issues can arise even if not eating it.

∙ 13y agoMeat that is from grain fed animals is unhealthy because of the large amount of saturated fat and omega-6 fatty acids it contains. These animals also are generally fed large amounts of hormones and antibiotics which can make their meat unhealthy.
If you choose grass-fed or range-fed meats, they are very healthy.
