Its possible that your tires are out of balance or one of your wheels is bent. It's also possible that connections at the rear stabilizers have worn out, on my 97 pathfinder (183,000miles)where the rear stabilizers connect between the rear axle and the frame, at the connetions, there is a rubber material bushing that with age will crack and deteriorate causing more movement in stabilizer bars, which in turn let the rear axle move around or "pivot" more than normal. At lower speeds, I did not notice much of this effect, but at higher speeds, the vehicle would seem to travel in the lane becasue the rear axle was able to move.
