First, obviously make sure there is fuel in the tank. I say this because you may just have a faulty sending unit and the guage may say half tank, but it may be empty. If you know you've got plenty of fuel in the tank, while someone cranks the engine, bang on the gas tank with a mallet and see if it starts. If it does, the fuel pump is bad. Listen for the relays clicking when you turn the key on also. But I can tell you as a professional Chrysler technician, I've changed many fuel pumps in these cars.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
A Plymouth Breeze does not have a reset button. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
try checking the amount of pressure your injectors is getting under the hood i believe they should be getting 40 pounds if they are getting incorrect pressure it will affect ur power
sadly their is none, it will re-calibrate itself the next time you re-fuel
45 - 51 psi is supposed to be normal

The Fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. The tank must be removed and lowered to access the top of the tank. The fuel pump is located in the top area with the fuel sending unit. Not easy and must release the fuel pressure
