It could very well be a vacuum leak (from any of many different sources) causing the lean condition. Also, try cleaning the MAF sensor with electronic-clean spray from Radio Shack. Don't touch it or probe it, just spray inside it and let dry before reinstalling. Sometimes, that is all that's needed.
If it is running too lean on bank 1 and 2 then it wi most likey be something in fuel delivery. Usually a vacuum leak will only show that it is running too lean on one bank. listen for your fuel pump when you turn it on. Also check your fuel filter you might as well just replace the fuel fiter. They're only like 8-12 dollars at an autoparts store

That code is telling you that bank two is running too lean. For some reason the fuel mixture is too lean. Possibly an o2 sensor is malfunctioning.
