Replacing the struts with high performance ones can make the car have a lower center of gravity which can cause the car to feel like it is bottoming out. If the struts were replaced with shorter ones the same result will?æoccur.
try to tighten all the bolts on the strut mounts and double check
Tire out of balance or a bent wheel. Also check the motor mounts; this model had problems with them.
Factory rear struts would be well-worn by now (if still original), so it could be a big factor. Also, the strut tower bushing is probably worn. I have fould the Neon rear springs may have lost a bit of their cushining ability too (separate damping/rebound from the struts themselves), but often not enough to replace those when changing a set of new struts.
try getting your CV Joint replaced.
Please note that I have 1995 Toyota Tacome LX (V6 3.4L) Automatic Ext. Cab

I was quoted $900+ on the front struts for my '99 pathfinder. On ebay they said they found some for $200 less, but that's still $700+ just for front struts.
before answering the question, let's review : The six stages of a typical business cycleStage 1 [recession à contraction]Bonds are bottoming out and start rallying [i are peaking out and start falling]Stocks are still decliningCommodities are still decliningStage 2 [recession à contraction]Bonds are rallying [i are falling]Stocks are bottoming out and start rallyingCommodities are still decliningStage 3 [recession à recovery]Bonds are rallying [i are falling]Stocks are rallyingCommodities are bottoming out and start rallying [all three assets are rallying now]Stage 4 [prosperityà expansion]Bonds are peaking out and start declining [i are bottoming out and start to rise]Stocks are still rallyingCommodities are still rallyingStage 5 [prosperity à stability]Bonds are declining [i are rising]Stocks are peaking outCommodities are still rallyingStage 6 [prosperityà slow down à contraction à recession]Bonds are declining [i keep rising and are going to peak out]Stocks are also decliningCommodities are peaking out and start declining [all three assets are declining now] So now we can assess that we are in stage 4 : prosperity [close to maturity]Bondsare peaking out and start declining [interest ratesare bottoming out and start to rise]Stocksare still rallying and Commodities are also rallyingCommodities are still rallyingCommodities are still rallying
check your engine mounts..I am not sure where they are but if you can move the engine with a prybar you need new mounts..they arent to expensive
If you have worn Struts on a vehicle, those can be replaced without replacing your springs. "Struts" and "Shocks" are often used interchangeably in language, however, I believe your vehicle is a front wheel drive with a double wishbone suspension. In this case, they would be more accurately referred to as "Struts". Just for reference. In either case, the answer is still, yes. Shocks/Struts can be replaced without replacing the springs as well.

it could be the steering rack mounts, or possible lower control arm bushings, or blow front struts NEW ANSWER : I would say that the CV joints are worn out. REPLACE axels.
