Orange and lemonade is called St. Clements because of the popular English nursery rhyme titled Oranges and Lemons. In some parts of the United Kingdom the drink is now called a Henry because of King Henry VIII's association with Saint Clements.

I believe that this drink originated in the Corinium Court hotel,Cirencester ,glos,--don't know when but maybe 60 s ,after a regular called Henry always asked for this after a night on the booze!

That Answer is simply obsurd, it is a disgrace to the drink "Henry orange"!

it is simply called a Henry because god liked the name and he thought when he was making the world in 7 days he thought "i have idea we will call orange and lemonade a Henry drink"
