Ask the driver of the truck not to park it in front of your driveway. Then go back inside and see if you still smell smoke.
I wouldn't think so. Although I know of a guy who, when he got high, was a really slow driver. I guess that made him a careful driver...
No, any smoke is coming from the engine. No, any smoke is coming from the engine.
WHERE IS THE SMOKE COMING FROM ?
white smoke is coming from my exhaust why?
If it is white "smoke" then it is probably not smoke at all but only water vapour that is being cooled as it enters the cold air outside the house. It is nothing to worry about as long the heating system is working normally and also as long as you are having the heating system serviced every year by a licensed HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) engineer.Black or blue smoke coming out is another matter altogether and could indicate a dangerous fault in the system. If you see that kind of smoke coming out it is time to call a licensed HVAC engineer to inspect the system and advise you what should be done.
Besides having a breeze outside that would attract the smoke to go outside cool air also attracts smoke, not to mention the vehicle is moving. If you blew smoke into an empty milk carton and there was no way for it to get out and then punched a small hole every so often in the container the smoke would come out of that milk carton because it has oxygen (air) that it's attracted too. If you put the same carton in the fridge where it is cold then the smoke will come out of the carton much quicker.
The only way to keep cigarette smoke outside a house is to smoke outside away from any open doors or windows.
Chances are that it is smoking as you drive also, you just don't see it because it is moving. What we need to know is aprox where the smoke is coming from for us to help answer the question.
There was smoke coming from the chimney.
Absolutely not. "Third hand smoke" is 100% propaganda. The World Health Organisation has recently classified the use of mobile phones (cellphones) as carcinogenic (it may cause cancer). If you went outside to make a call, would the electromagnetic radiation be dripping from your 'fried' brain when you went back inside?
It probably did not have an oil change in a long, long, time and all that smoke coming out was the sludge left inside burning. Add oil and then drive it to a repair station to change the oil and filter.
