Because
specificity and selectivity
Principles of specificity is a training method which means to improve in a particular area the athlete must emphasize that area in training. For example, if a baseball player has trouble hitting a curveball the player must take batting practice and have all curveballs thrown. If a basketball player has trouble with free throws the player must spend a lot of time practicing free throws. If an ice hockey player has trouble skating backwards they must spend a lot of time in practice skating backwards.
Simply put, the enzymatic method ( eg. glucose oxidase and hexokinase etc.) is the best method for blood glucose concentration because of its specificity. This yeilds maximum specificity for glucose estimation even in a comlpex mixture. Sherry-Ann Ramnarine-Phillips
Gutenberg's early training as a goldsmith provided him with knowledge of metalworking and engraving techniques, which he applied to the creation of metal movable type for printing.
