Not all places that you eat out at are bad for your health. It depends on what and where you are eating. Many fast food places have fried foods (like french fries and Hamburgers) that are high in fat causing arteries to become clogged over time and causing weight gain. High fat foods generally have more calories as well. Many foods are also high in sodium (salt) which can make you hold in water and raise the blood pressure. Many popular fast food places now have nutritional information available so you can make the best choices possible.
