How did the streets around Wrigley Field get named Clark Addison Sheffield and Waveland?

You can check the book "Streetwise Chicago" about Clark, Waveland, and Sheffield, but Addison is named after an English physician, Thomas Addison, who noted the disease of the adrenal glands now called Addison's disease. Interesting way streets of Chicago are named after people you don't connect with Chicago. Even more curious is Irving Park Road, named after Washington Irving.

Was Dick Clark Jewish?

In the sense that virtually nothing out there on the Internet says he is, I would say no. His mother's maiden name is Wagner, which is more commonly German than Jewish, but has occasionally been used as a Jewish last name. Also, his hometown of Mt. Vernon, NY at the time he was growing up had a significant Jewish population (though it also had a significant Italian and Irish population, and a smaller but still noteworthy German population). "Clark" is usually either Irish or "WASP". So I would say "probably not" but he may have a small amount of partial Jewish ancestry on his mother's side.
