∙ 15y agoThe world is not evil. Some people in it are evil. Cain killed Abel because he was jealous. People have free will. Our consciences tell us whether some things we do is right or wrong. People steal, murder, rape, commit adultery, commit sins against nature, etc. We know these things are wrong but sometimes do them anyway. We think to ourselves, "Well, no one will see us. We can get away with it". If we keep in mind that God sees everything we do and that He will judge us when we die, then we would certainly think twice about the evil we are about to do. Because of it's name, the word is actually vile, not evil. ci-vil-ize. ci: French, yes. vil: From Latin abreviated form of vile. Found in words as vilify, villainy. -ize: Suffix, used to make verbs from nouns. ex: energize, cause to have energy. ci-vil-ize: yes cause it to be vile. Every thing does what it is named to do.
