I have a 99 1500 had a loud "humming noise" going down the road. after extensive tests and trouble shooting, i found the rear pinion gears were shot. If you can do it safely remove the rear drive shaft plug the hole in the differential, and drive the truck in 4 wheel drive for a short distance if the noise goes away, it is probably the gears in the rear diff.
What is the roaring noise from a 1999 Toyota Camry XLE at speeds over 35 ? Sounds like it is coming from the rear.
possible rear heater blower wheel has broken center hub!
There are many reasons as to what may cause a roaring noise in a rear end 1997 Infinity. However, this could be the brake system or needing a new catalytic converter.
Yes. A tire that is "scalloped" can make a rumbling noise.
Probably the U-joints.
The 1999 Chevrolet suburban rear air-conditioning Freon capacity is five pounds. The manufacturer recommends that you never overfill the Freon capacity.
4.25 lbs
From the rear of the vehicle to the front.
The noise is due to bad gears or bearings in your rear differential.
most likely it is your rear end . axles when they go bad either wabble or brake
dirty exhaust system. All Matiz are like that. Could as well be rear weel bearings
Yes they are the same chassis from 1993 to 1999
