Answer 1
There isn't any hatred between them, thought there are disagreements. Jews do not believe in Christ, which is who Christian's "religion" is based on. Jews do not have any beliefs regarding Jesus and most consider him to be a failed Messianic Candidate. Both "religions" (to call them something) believe in God, and God says not to hate!! (he says to love your enemies!)
Answer 2
Typically, Jews do not like those who would wish them ill. For many centuries, Christians through the Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, and Eastern Churches demonized and violently attacked Jews, leading to hatred. They did this because they believed the Jews to be Christkillers and many other nasty things. They tortured, murdered, discriminated against, and demoralized Jews. Christian Anti-Semitism has only really eroded in the 20th century in the aftermath of the Holocaust. To read about Anti-Semitism, please see the Related Question below.
However, there is no Jewish religious belief to dislike or hate Christians and Jews who have a blanket hatred of Christianity are not faithful to Jewish teachings. Catholicism and several other forms of Christianity have also renounced their historical Anti-Semitic positions, leading to a much better interfaith relationship.

The same as American Jews and American Christians. It's about the faith.
No single Event stabilized relations between Christians and Jew. When Christians stopped persecuting Jews in different regions of the world and spreading libelous information about Jews, relations improved.
Hitler had an irrational hatred for the Jews.
The question implies that Jews are a race, and that hatred of Jews is built into other races. As a matter of fact, race is a social construct with no clear biological basis, and hatred taught, not inherited through any genetic mechanism. There are Jews of every race, and there are people of every race who do not hate Jews. Sadly, there are those who hate Jews, and some of them define their hatred in racial terms.
that was why early Christians were antisemitic.

It depends on the Muslim in question. Usually hatred by one group of another group has very little to do with actual differences between the group. In New Guinea, for example, the hatred between numerous tribes that look identical to unaccustomed foreigners is quite strong and their mutual feelings towards Westerners, who are much more different are much more muted. Muslim hatred for Jews and Christians comes primarily out of the political problems of history. Most recently, Christians in the Balkans and Jews in Israel revolted against the Muslims in pursuit of ethnoreligious nationalism. The Jews and Christians argue that they were second-class citizens under Islamic control and revolted in order to restore equality and the prominence of their traditions. Muslims saw it as being stabbed in the back for centuries of tolerance. These political squabbles manifest in hatreds of the ethnoreligious groups that engaged in those nationalist experiments. This then primes those Muslims who are particularly outraged when they look at the History of Islam to see a consistent message of mandated hatred where one does not exist.
Hatred of Jews, regardless of whether or not it is irrational, is called Anti-Semitism.
No, Christians do not reject Jews. However, Jews reject Christians.
