This could be a bad ground or one of the posts on the battery may be faulty. They have a habbit of tearing out. Check for signs of cracks on the base of the posts where the threads go in.
Your Ground or power wire to the starter may also be loose.

If the Chrysler is only making a clicking noise and will not start, check the starter. Also check the alternator, and the battery. The starter solenoid is more than likely the reason the car is clicking and not starting.
