Your sunroof has a drain tube that needs relocated, I think there was a recall on this... Same thing happened on my 2004 GLX..

You need to do a leak test on the tub and shower. To ch'k the drain fill tub about 1/2 full without running the tub faucet next plug shower head and tub spout turn water on this will ch'k faucet Next run water on shower doors this is where the majority of leaks are found water running out and down the corner of the unit If tiled also ch'k tile grout.
If your talking about toe caps it's easy. Get a piece of cotton wool and dip it in the polish(I recommend kiwi polish) and after that dip the cotton wool in a bowl of warm water and in small circles go over the desired part of your boot, then get another piece of cotton wool and just dip that in the water and go over the polish and just keep doing the process for an hour for a nice mirror shine.

It could be water pump, leaky radiator, hoses, head gasket, or just about anywhere else that the coolant circulates. You'll need to get under and find out where it's leaking.
well one thing i would cheak is you muffler it could be leaking out there if so you have a craked block --- I had a '93 Passat with a bad head gasket. The water was leaking into cylinder #1 and evaporating into the exhaust, completely bypassing the oil. The VW mechanic said this was not uncommon. The car passed the coolant pressure test, but when the mechanic pulled the spark plugs he could see the coolant in the cylinder using a flashlight.
Leaking from the sunroof into the fuse box? Never ever heard of this since the fuse box is by the door and completely sealed. But check for water damage by the flip down mirror, if there is then it wasnt properly sealed.
