Sounds like there is a problem in the transmission and the computer has put the transmission into the FAIL SAFE MODE to keep it from blowing apart. Stop driving it and get it to a transmission shop ASAP.
all cars have air bags
Not without fabrication.
No it only has one and it is built into the alternator.
yes but im not ganna tell u how to do it
Open the glove box and let the squirrel out!!
Should find it in the passengers side kick panel or behind the glove compartment.
Sorry forget to mention it in the motor.
Behind grille , passenger side where the line enters the A/C condensor .
Yes it can cause erratic shifting. But not an engine miss fire. You need to find out why the engine is missing and running bad and when you fix that problem then I'm sure the transmission will start working and shifting correctly.

Try changing your PCV valve it messes with the idle control. and shifting prob is likely in tranny and may not be related at all. try PCV valve and have your tranny serviced.
NOTHING, is better then the Genuine HONDA ATF! I highly recommond using only HONDA's tranny fuild! The use of any other fluid will cause rough shifting.
