Why is your 96 jeep Cherokee 4.0 not getting fire the coil is good put new crank posion sensor and pick up coil and still no fire?

use an ohm meter goin in to the coil (my wire was green w/ orange stripe) if nothin run hot wire from batt to that wire if it works thers a short comin out of the relay box i rigged mine ask a pro for the right way good luck
