Check to see if you are getting power to the motor if so window motor is defective Could be open wire usually in the door jamb area

The owners handbook will tell you where the fuse panel is and which fuse controls the electric windows. If it is a fuse,and you replace it, it may blow again indicating a short in the wiring.
