I wouldnt know. I don't have rabbits. But if I did and the babies were getting skinnier it would be because of lack of food or stress or fright. Mostly because they are unable to reach food, get food or are too weak to eat food.

∙ 11y agoI realized that my rabbit's poop also got smaller and dryer when she ate more hay than usual. Maybe it's a good thing that's she's eating more hay, but maybe it's also a bad thing that since her feces are dryer, maybe she isn't drinking the right amount of water. Check it out with your vet.

That is why if you are bottle feeding you must stimulate the babies to get them to urinate everytime you feed them.
