The reason why your stomach is not getting flatter could be numerous reasons, one being your diet, even though if your working out and still eating high sodium, fat and carbonated foods then you wont shrink around your greater omen-tum. Second could be types of medications you are on, if you are a women on Birth Control you have a high rate of fat storage in your cells, specifically on your outer thighs and tummy region.
