Bad plug or something is misassembled.
check the gappings of your spark plugs, it must be uniform.

ALL gasoline engines have spark plugs. Only diesels don't have spark plugs.
A 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer that has a 4.2 liter engine will have a spark plug gap of .044 inches. The best spark plugs for this vehicle are iridium spark plugs.
I would recommend the OEM spark plugs, AC/Delco. Excellent plugs.
The second spark plug is misfiring. Could be the coil right above the spark plug.
I really hate to be the one to tell you the bad news but it is possible that you have bent some valves. Take the spark plugs out of the missing cylinders and run a compression check on those two.
They will normally last at least 75,000 + miles. Check your owners manual.
