Replace the turn signal flasher. I think on that model it is under the dash on or near the column.
The problem when the digital dash of a 1994 Chevy Caprice goes out might be a fuse that is blown under the dashboard. This might also be related to a problem with the computer or with the wiring to the dash.

yes but the speedometer might not work depending if it is a mechanical or electrical gauge. the trucks are electric and i believe the speedometer is mechanical in the caprice but the parts are interchangeable for the gauge
A 4L60 (NOT a 4L60E) from a 2WD pickup will work. It MIGHT be possible that you'll need to use the original bell housing from the Caprice, although I can't for sure that this is the case.
Some parts can be found for older vehicles, like the 1978 Chevy Caprice Classic, at salvage yards. Some parts for older cars are also still being manufactured, so they might also be available at automotive parts stores.
