Bad fuse.
Bad horn button.
Bad horn relay.
Bad horn.
Bad connections at any of these points, bad wiring between any of these points, or a bad ground.
it might be a horn relay switch or a wire or simply check related fuses in the compartment.
Had this problem, the horn is tied into the air bag. you might have a faulty srs unit.
A horn might not work on a 1996 Honda Accord because of a blown fuse. There is also the possibility that the wire was cut or damaged. The horn is part of the security system. A used car might have the horn wire cut because the previous owner was annoyed by the horn blaring when someone came near the car.
Does your horn actually work?? OR you might have dis-engaged the horn from working from your remote.....see your manual on how to engage it!
Check fuse. The horn is on the same fuse as the cig lighter...check your cig lighter to see if it works. if it's working it could be a short on the wire to the horn..or the horn just might need to be replaced.
The next thing to check on a 2004 Yukon when there is a bad horn is the wiring. Looking for any burned or frayed wires that connect to the horn.

then your horn is fine.
If the horn does not work on a 1996 Oldsmobile Ciera, you can replace the horn. Almost any type of horn should be compatible.
check in side your steering wheel right where you would push the horn it should pull off n the wire inside might b disconnected or a short in it!
