It could be a fuse, check the fuse panel. It could also be a short in the window wire or a short on the way to the window wire.
I would the defroster wire connections on the rear window, that became disconnected on mine and needs to be re-soldered on. but it could something else
There are a few problems that can be causing the lack of moisture to the rear window: Clogged Nozzle, Plugged Hose, No Fluid in the Bottle, Bad Pump. Ask yourself this question, is the Front Sprayer working?
The vacuum canister on Cherokees of this vintage is located immediately behind the front bumper on the passenger side. You WILL have to remove the bumper to access this part. As far as the brakes are concerned, you may have loss of power brakes, but the brakes will function perfectly fine as manual brakes. Also, it may cause your heat/air conditioning to be stuck in the defrost mode.

The EGR valve on a 1994 Oldsmobile Bravada is located on top of the engine on the left side. It pulls in a small amount of exhaust gases to be re-circulated through the engine.

Assuming that you mean "wiper blade" (blade and frame) which are replaced often rather than "wiper arm" (piece from the spindle at the hood to the wiper blade) which are rarely ever replaced, the 1991-1994 Oldsmobile Bravada has "3/16" side lock" wiper arm attachments and the 1996-2004 Oldsmobile Bravada has the most common hook-end wiper arms.
