Could be a bad flasher in the fuse box or a short in the wiring. On the pass. side beside the glove box (when open) there is the fuse box. above or beside the fuse box is the relays for the turn & hazard signals. You may have to remove the glove compartment all the way over to the ash tray that whole assembly comes out look up where the glove compartment used to be. You will see the relays use your owners manual it will point you to the flasher relay. If your turn signal is not flashing, replacing the flasher or relay might not fix it. Especially if one side flashes and the other doesn't, there is probably a short or corroded wire somewhere in the circuit. That's what happened to me. Refer to a wiring diagram to test with a test light. Good Luck.

Either the Speedometer itself is bad or the speedometer cable is. either one isn't too difficult if you have pulled a dashboard out before.
on the back of the engine bolted to the transmission... disconnect battery or else you might get some good shocks going. it can be a knuckle buster but is pretty easy to do.
as long as the marker lights are the same ( some years don't have them ) i not sure which ones , Chrysler made all the dynasty bodies the same , you should be able to interchange most of them.
The 3 speed is called an A413. The 4 speed is called an A604.

The location of the washer fluid reservoir on a 1992 Dodge Dynasty is in the engine compartment on the driver's side. It is a white or black receptacle near the front just above where the driver's side headlamp is.
