Islam, is concerning for every Muslims to live healthy straight life away from negative and Haram things.
Islam and all Muslims knows that when Islam say's this is Haram and shouldn't be done, they all consider that this is for own benefit, such as :
1- no drinking, because it makes a person unconscious and he/she could do bad things without knowing.
2-no Pork, because ths animal eats everything in soil such as worms, or dead small creatures, so it is not healthy for a body to eat such things.
3-Muslims ( men and women ) can't have a relationship without official marriage.

and to answer your question non Muslim girls like Muslim men, this is because Muslim men respect girls, specially at home, they always try to let their wife's not to work and stay to take care of home and children, honest, with warm feelings, and Muslim men can't cheat over their wife's because as i said before it is forbidden.
in my answer i don't mean that non-mulsim men do not respect their wife's hgy
and ofcourse not all Muslims do what i mentiend earlier, this depends how much he is connected to his religion.
