Onion is used to clean the grill top. When you are finished cooking, and while the grill is still very hot, cut an onion in half, press a fork into the top part of the onion, and run the cut side of the onion along the grill top, all over the grill. This will usually clean the food particles off the grill. Many people use this method to clean their grills rather than use a wire brush.

Onion seasoning adds flavor to foods, but after seasoning, it can leave the onion smell behind on cutting boards. To neutralize the seasoning on a wooden cutting board, rub the board with coarse salt and baking soda, leave on a few minutes, and rinse.
A great grilled chicken recipe is the following. Rub salt, nutmeg and cinnamon on a chicken breast. Prepare a bowl with peaches, peppers, onion and two tablespoons of glaze and put the bowl aside. Grill the breast on medium heat while frequently glazing both sides with the prepared glaze.
I use garlic powder, steak seasoning, italian seasonings, onion powder, and curry.
The basic thing cooks i know say low and slow is the way to go. So all you have to do is rub the spices you want on the ribs and then put them on the grill. And turn the knobs to low. This grilling process takes a few hours. 3-4
You need to oil the grill to help prevent sticking. Heat the grill to full temperature before putting on the meat. Either marinade the meat or apply a dry rub for flavoring. Cook as slowly as possible to avoid charring the meat and to allow the inside to come to full temperature.
Take a stainless steel spoon and rub it on your hands under cold water kind of like you would with a bar of soap. I don't know how it works but it does. :) You can also rub your hands on the faucet to remove the smell.
To make delicious buffalo burgers, you must first preheat an outdoor grill. Then you must mix the buffalo chunk with onion, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Then you must grill the meat mixture until it is thoroughly cooked. You can then serve it with your burger.
