But many actually never pray, never fast, never opened the Quran, but still call themselves Muslims. The Sunni Muslim population is 1.5 billion worldwide, but only 0.5% to 2% are true Sunni Muslims. That is right, there are 15 million true Muslims only and this is what I care about. This is what I will count and I don't care about the ones who call themselves Muslims and never follow Islam. The true Muslim population is 15 million, Just 0.21% of the global population. This is probably the real Muslim population for me.
