I have an Ipad 3g and I love it. it is great for Surfing the internet. the only draw back is no flash player. I have an app that's lets me have a word processor and that is is helpful. If you have a computer, then you can get the app log me in and work on that computer from where ever. Over all I love the iPad. Hope this helps
I recommend getting the iPad 2 16g wifi only, as it is good price wise and the iPad 3 is supposed to be out on September so you van update it then.
