If for nothing else, do it because it's the right thing to. So many people die because of bullying and discrimination. Just one person can make a difference. Even if you don't stand up to the person yourself, let somebody know what is going on. You can stand up against it simply by not engaging in it yourself. Discrimination is what caused the Holocaust and all the genocide in Africa. Woman and blacks didn't have rights for thousands of rights because of discrimination. Matthew Shepard and so many other gays are discriminated against because of their preference in their partner. Matthew Shepard was one of the less fortunate and was murdered. Adolf Hilter killed thousands of thousands of people because of how he felt about them. The KKK discriminated against African Americans and killed many more. Standing up against discrimination can help stop things like this from ever manifesting into something even worse.
