It may not be good on a moral level, but when the deer population is too high, they are prone to diseases like blue tongue which kills them slowly. There is also starvation to consider in a situation of overpopulation. Overpopulation is a problem for humans also. In some states, if there aren't enough deer killed in hunting season, sharpshooters are hired to reach a quota. If no deer were hunted, in some states they would be over-running residential areas, increasing car accidents, and become too common in places with a high human population density.

β 12y agoIf you have to ask this question then you shouldn't be asking it. Hunters or Sportsmen are brought up with the tradition of the sport. It is almost natural for sporting families to stay sporting famlies. There are alot of reasons for the enjoyment of hunting. Many individuals cannot relate with these reasons but the ones that can will never ask a question like this one. You can only truly get the answer you are looking for when you experience a hunt with a real sportsmen!!
because they don't care about animals they care about them self. I'm a animal lover and I'm sticking up for these poorly animals being killed by stupid fat lowlife people who just walk around all day looking for deers and foxes and shooting them.some people in this world need to get a life man!!!!!!!!!!!

β 13y agoBecause its adventurous. Hunters enjoy hunting this animal because its really a tedious task to chase this breed and its meat is wonderfully delicious.
with out deer hunting, they would be over populated.
