Check the fusebox. It is usually located somewhere under the dashboard. the headlight and turn signals switch may be bad this happened to me also and that was the problem the part cost me about 80.00$ good luck I put the answer in discussion area sorry

It sounds like you may have a bad heater coil. Next time you get a puddle, smell it... Chances are it is coolant and not water

There are two reasons for this. The first is the break calibers need bled and the second is the breaks themselves need adjusted back.
