The milk bottle is made of ordinary glass with a relatively high coefficient of thermal expansion. Glass has poor thermal conductivity, so the inside of the bottle will be hot and outside cold. This temperature gradient will cause a stress in the glass and if the glass has small imperfections or flaws in it the glass will break. That is why coffee pots are often made of low expansion glass, like Pyrex, to prevent high stress.
Pour it out.
When you pour hot water into a glass bottle, it heats up the glass very quickly. This causes the glass to expand suddenly and the expansion is not uniform over the surface of the glass. The unequal expansion cracks the bottle. This will happen only if the temperature difference is quite high and the glass is weak.It is easier to crack a glass bottle by heating it (like in a dishwasher) and then cooling it immediately by placing it in or under a stream of cold water. Here, the sudden contraction causes the glass to crack.
When we pour hot water on it, the mouth of the bottle expands and the egg comes out of it slowly.
Pour the water out
Then the bottle contains a dilute juice . . . a mixture of juice and water.
Of course. You can pour a cat some milk, or some water.
To clean a water bottle you have to put fine sand into the bottle and then pour water and put one of your fingers to plug the bottle and shake for a little while and pour the sand and water out then rinse. Make sure the sand is gone. If you don't wash the bottle at all it will get moldy. Another way is to get a very small brush, stick it inside the bottle and scrub.
pour cold water over it
Fill small 3 liter jug with water. Pour into large 8 liter jug. Repeat. Now 6 liters of water in large jug. Repeat again but stop when large jug full. Leaves 1 liter in small jug. Empty large jug. Pour water from small jug into large jug. Refill small jug and pour into large jug. There are now 4 liters of water in large jug.
Personally, I pour the milk in after.
order and expensive bottle of water, pour half of it out and refill it with tap water, shake and pour into a glass adding a lime/lemon

Hard work for just 6l!
